We continue to equip the kitchen under the guidance of our chef Giacomo Lombardi!
The next thing that is sure to come in handy is a whisk. Many famous chefs don’t trust some processes to a mixer or blender, and do everything by hand. With a whisk it you can whip cream, eggs for fluffy omelet, mix the dough for pancakes and so on. A mixer should be used only if you need to whip a great amount of products. In contrast to mixers and blenders, whisk is inexpensive and quiet, which is a very important factor if a family has a child. It is also easier to use and thus saves your precious time. Currently the market offers a large number of whisks made from various materials, however it’s better to opt for a whisk of stainless steel as it will last longer.
