Ingredients (for 4 portions):
- 1 can of coconut water (or soy milk)
- 8 bananas
- 8 tablespoons of crushed ice
Spices according to your taste:
- ground cinnamon
For the decoration:
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Peel bananas and cut into small pieces. Fry on the dry pan until they acquire light caramel color.
- All ingredients for the fresh put in the blender and thoroughly mix them.
- Serve the drink: Pour received mixture in glasses. Decorate with the cinnamon sticks.
