Minimum cooking and maximum pleasure. That is all about our goat cheese salad.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
- 60 gr of lettuce
- 60 gr of lollo rossa lettuce
- 40 gr of spinach
- 120 gr of confit tomatoes
- 60 gr of grated goat cheese
- 120 gr of pesto sauce
- 20 gr of olive oil
For the decoration:
- slices of fresh penny buns
- rice crackers
- mustard sprouts
- Mix in a separate bowl spinach, lettuce and lollo rossa. Sprinkle them with olive oil.
- Spread pesto sauce to inside part of the bowl. Put atop mixed spinach and lettuce.
- Add confit tomatoes and goat cheese.
- Serve the dish: decorate the salad with slices of fresh penny buns, rice crackers and mustard sprouts.
